Here we come Atlanta! CaraGreen is participating in the Sustainability Event at Atlanta Tech Village in Buckhead onAug 27 from 5:30 to 8 pm. This is an intimate event with NEWH and IIDA and while small, will pull in an estimated 150 to 200 from the top design and architecture firms in Atlanta and includes a tour of Atlanta's newest high tech office space. PaperStone CoverPly and Kirei Echopanel were great additions at American Underground in Durham. Unlike the solid PaperStone, CoverPly uses recycled paper for the surface only. The durable exterior of CoverPly with its layered birch interior enabled a cost-effective, attractive surface. EchoPanel was a great choice to add acoustic control to the open ceiling. With their extensive selection of systems, high recycled content and a myriad of colors and shapes, EchoPanel is an easy acoustic solution that designers can use to create and complement new or existing spaces. {Information: info@caragreen.com}
Check out this Kirei EchoPanel install at Wake Med-Cary. Splashes of red and gray were custom cut from EchoPanel to create a vibrant space behind reception in a subtle, creative manner. High design and acoustics control were both achieved through the use of this versatile panel. And it is 60% recycled content.

We introduced Cari Waters last month, and now, we have expanded our team even further with the addition of beautiful Sydney Loftis, the newest (and youngest) member of the CaraGreen team. Sydney made her debut on Saturday, June 27th, and first time mom Kim could not be happier. Crayola recently designed a new facility incorporating Durat – a natural choice for the colorful company. Drawing on the extensive color offering from Durat, W2A Design customized the material to make it their own – using a white base and multi-color specks for their conference tables and reception counters. We know where to find them. Marbles Children’s Museum in Raleigh, NC has just completed a new portion of the museum using Durat solid surface. This kid-friendly surface is great for a modern aesthetic as well as vibrant palette of primary and tertiary colors that children love.
