CaraGreen Refund & Return Policy
At CaraGreen, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality, sustainably sourced materials that meet the needs of their projects. Because our products are specialty building materials—often made to order, sourced from manufacturing partners, or shipped directly from suppliers—our return and refund policies differ from standard retail practices.
Samples
Sample requests are provided as a service to help you evaluate material options.
Because sample fulfillment, shipping, and handling incur costs, sample orders are non-refundable once processed.
Product Orders
Most CaraGreen products are made to order or shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result:

Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We do not issue refunds for customer error, changes in project scope, or aesthetic preference once an order has been confirmed with a manufacturer.

Order cancellations may be possible only if the product has not yet gone into production. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Provide photos of the packaging, product, and any visible damage.

CaraGreen will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or resolution.
We will work with you to ensure any valid claim is handled promptly and professionally.
Freight & Shipping
Freight charges, lift-gate fees, and special-delivery costs are non-refundable once shipping has occurred.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information, receiving freight, and inspecting materials upon arrival.
Custom, Specialty, and Fabricated Orders
Any custom-cut, fabricated, or otherwise altered materials are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
